How do I download my image(s)?

Image files are available for immediate download. Upon purchase, you will be directed to an order confirmation page where you will be able to download your image(s) directly. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number as well as a second email with download link(s) to the image(s).

Where is my image?

If, for whatever reason, the image does not download properly or you are not provided a download link upon purchase, you can contact us at info@thestockhaus.com. Please provide us with your order number and the image(s) in question so we can correct the issue.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us at info@thestockhaus.com prior to making your purchase. Since our products are instant digital downloads, please make your selection(s) carefully. Due to the digital nature of our images, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

USAGE

Do I own these pictures?

Each image purchase comes with a non-exclusive, limited-usage license for a single user. Maria Valentin (The Stock Haus/a division of Figmint Design) remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyrights for all images. If you’re interested in purchasing an exclusive or extended usage license, please contact us at info@thestockhaus.com with your inquiry details.

What is a non-exclusive, limited-usage license?

Please refer to the Usage Agreement section.

Once I buy them, can I use them anywhere I want?

The purchaser may use the images for promotional purposes only for personal or business use, both online and in print. For further clarification, please refer to the Usage Agreement section.

Do they ever expire?

No, there is no expiration date for image usage. We want the images to play an important role in your brand’s visual collateral and story. These images were created with optimal customization capability in mind so that you can use them over and over to create fresh and cohesive collateral.

How many times can I use image(s)?

The Purchaser may use the image(s) an unlimited number of times within the scope of our Usage Agreement.

Can I put them on social media?

Of course, our images are perfect for social media! All of our images are available in different image orientations to suit your social media needs. Our square images are perfect for Instagram, while our vertical/portrait and horizontal/landscape images are perfect for Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Our site was designed with your needs in mind, so you can type in the desired image orientation in our Search function or find it under “Sort by Tags” on our site.

Social Media? What if someone reposts a purchased image I posted?

Personally, we‘re flattered! The person reposting the image simply may not understand that the images are copyrighted, and if they would like to use them, they must purchase them. Should you notice that your image has been reposted, please send us an email and we can handle things from there. 

Can I use them on my blog?

Definitely! Our images are perfect for bloggers and can be used as backgrounds, headers, posts, and so much more. 

Is there anywhere I CAN’T use them?

Our images can be used for a number of promotional purposes, provided they aren’t being used to create: derivative products, offensive, illegal or pornographic use, or to promote or sell other stock photography products, services, resources, courses or styling related training, workshops, classes or webinars, whether for free or paid. For further details, please refer to our Usage Agreement.

Photo credits? Do I need to credit The Stock Haus?

Photo credits are not required. As fellow creatives and business owners, we’d love to be inspired by your work and how it’s helped to grow your business. If you’d like to share how you’ve used our images, simply shoot us an email or tag us @thestockhaus on social media.

Do I get a discount for buying multiple images?

We offer discounts from time to time throughout the year. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified of these exciting promotions.

Do you offer memberships?

At this time we do not offer memberships. This may change in the future depending on customer demand.

Can you create custom images for me?
